Dirty prison

This is a pic taken through a window, which is covered on dust, spidernets and such. Inside, there is a poor dog, I wish I knew his owner. It has to be a horrible life to be always inside that dark and dirty kind of old "garage" always closed. The dog start barking when I got closer. I feel bad for him. I'll do my researchs to find the owner and ask for an explanation
